RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your products, but in the unlikely event you may have an issue please contact us via email on lldslate@btinternet.com.

For most products, you have 28 days to notify LLD Slate Ltd if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancelable goods.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering what you can’t send back

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: custom made pieces specially commissioned by the customer)

If your goods are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of their receipt by email.

All items must be unused and in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. They must be returned to us together in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
